Hailey, Idaho - POWER Engineers, Inc. (POWER)
announced today that Paul Downing II has joined the GIS and Asset
Management (GIS/AMS) Business Unit. Over the past 18 years, Paul has
successfully managed the implementation of enterprise solutions
involving GIS, work management and asset life-cycle information
technology solutions. His proven experience includes business process
documentation, program management, quality assurance, development of key
performance indicators, and professional services management. Based in
Atlanta, Paul will provide a local management and consulting presence
for POWER’s regional engagements in the southern states. He will be
using his consulting skills to assist our clients with Cityworks®
projects as well as other program and project opportunities.
