The FME World Tour is Coming to London!

Cambridge, UK. 10th May 2012 - 1Spatial is delighted to announce that the 2012 FME World Tour is coming to London on Thursday 14th June, with Safe Software’s Ken Bragg confirmed as the headline speaker.

1Spatial and STAR-APIC will be co-hosting a free, one-day event at the Association for Geographic Information (AGI) headquarters in central London. Aimed at educating new and existing users, the day will offer delegates the opportunity to develop their skills through technical sessions and interactions with FME Certified Professionals and Trainers as well as fellow users.

The co-hosts are pleased to be welcoming Ken Bragg, Safe Software’s European Channel Manager, as the headline speaker for the day who, with experts from 1Spatial and STAR-APIC, will be presenting on the latest features in the Desktop and Server products of FME 2012. The presentations will also offer tips around best practice and efficiencies in using FME. There will also be a number of presentations from existing FME users detailing how they have leveraged the power of FME for their projects. Building on our recently established FME practice, we aim to deliver an educational and insightful programme, supported by an optional training event for delegates to maximise their FME investment.”

Tom Timms, STAR-APIC’s UK Director added:

“We are very pleased to be working with Safe Software and 1Spatial to offer an FME World Tour Event in London. These events offer an excellent opportunity to learn more about the power of FME to increase efficiency, improve spatial data processing and make spatial data available where and when it is needed.”
